Who We Help

We can assist you if you are:

  • Turning 65 and enrolling in Medicare for the first time
  • Already on Medicare but want to review your current plan
  • Retiring and leaving employer coverage
  • Moving to a new area and need to see what plans are available
  • Helping a parent or loved one choose or review their Medicare coverage

Your Medicare Options — Explained in Plain Language

Original Medicare (Part A & Part B)

  • Hospital and medical coverage provided by the federal government
  • Doesn’t cover everything — there are deductibles, coinsurance, and no cap on out-of-pocket costs
  • Does not include routine dental, vision, or hearing, and does not include built-in prescription coverage

Medicare Supplement (Medigap) Plans

  • Work alongside Original Medicare
  • Help pay some or most of the out-of-pocket costs that Medicare doesn’t cover
  • Let you see any provider nationwide that accepts Medicare

Medicare Advantage (Part C) Plans

  • Private plans that combine your Medicare Part A & Part B coverage, and often include extra benefits
  • Many plans include prescription drug coverage, and some may offer dental, vision, hearing, over-the-counter benefits, and more, depending on the plan
  • Typically use a network (HMO or PPO), so we help you check your doctors and preferred hospitals

Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D)

  • Stand-alone drug plans that work with Original Medicare and Medigap
  • Each plan has a formulary (list of covered medications), co-pays, and preferred pharmacies
  • We help you compare plans based on your current prescriptions to see which may be most cost-effective for you

How We Help You Choose a Plan

Listen & Learn

Review Your Current Coverage

We start by asking about your doctors, medications, budget, and how you like to access care (in-network providers, flexibility, telehealth, etc.).
